TLG Labs is a product studio of The Lodestone Group, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, product brief pages, and demo or contact forms. A separate product agreement, pilot agreement, or customer deployment may include additional privacy and data-processing terms.

When you submit a form, you may provide your name, work email, company, role, approximate Salesforce user count, product or conversation interest, and details about the workflow or challenge you want to discuss.
Website and company-level analytics
We may collect page URLs and titles, referral and campaign information, link interactions, browser and device details, screen size, timezone, a session identifier, IP address, and approximate location. LookingGlass, a TLG Labs product, may use this activity to infer company-level information such as an organization's name, domain, industry, size range, and general location when a match is available.
The TLG Labs website is configured for company-level visitor intelligence. It is not designed to identify the individual person browsing the site.
Usage analytics

Current providers include Vercel, Google Workspace and Apps Script, and LookingGlass. They process information as needed to provide those services or meet legal and security obligations.

We keep submitted information for as long as needed to evaluate requests, provide services, maintain business records, improve operations, and meet legal or security obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website or online service can guarantee absolute security.
